CDF enrolls
all the microfinance NGOs and other institutions as Network
Members on fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.
It also embraces potential/special institutions as network
member based on some set criteria. However, according to
CDF mandates, the network members are broadly categorized
into 5 types as follows:
a.
Non-government organizations (NGO - Small, Medium, Big)
Small: @ Tk 500, Medium: @ Tk 1000, Big: @ Tk 2000 pa.

b.
Financial institutions (bank, insurance, leasing company,
cooperative, credit union, stock exchange, specialized
financing institution etc.): @ Tk 3000 pa.
c.
International funding agencies (donor governments, UN
agencies, international NGOs, funding agency etc.) @ US$
100 pa.
d.
Government bodies (government organization, autonomous
body, authority, corporation, research institutions, university,
local government etc.) @ Tk 2000 pa.
e.
Society and group of individuals (social organizations,
professional groups, associations, welfare organization,
foundations etc.) @ Tk 1000 pa.
The
CDF will be responsible to provide the need based and
regular services to its member organizations. The major
services include: providing updated information, updating
organizational brief profile, distributing newsletter
and other publication, organizing workshop, round table,
experience sharing meeting for the member organizations
and other stakeholders, establish linkage with financial
institutions, providing capacity building services on
priority basis, advocacy on behave of the sector and conduct
action research for innovation and diversification.
