Executive Director is responsible for overall day to day management of CDF as Chief Executive Officer. The Sector Chiefs are responsible for the accomplishment of their respective duties of sectors. The management functions are sectorally divided as:             a)  Capacity Building Services (CBS)             b)  Research and Advocacy Services (RAS)             c)  Network, Development and  Linkage             d)  Finance and Administration  Services (FAS) Sectoral policy guidelines are the basic instrument of management system. These are, financial manual, service rules, training manual, research and advocacy, network and linkage, marketing and public relation, computer software, contract, agreement, purchase guidelines etc. Every staff carry out work guided by job description
